Welcome to my website!

I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Louisiana State University.

My primary field of specialization is Labor Economics, with a particular focus on how immigration-driven regional shifts affect workers, industries, and firms. In my job market paper, I study the impacts of historical immigration-induced shifts in local human capital on the contemporary industrial skill composition of US counties. In a joint work with my colleague, we investigate the effects of exogenous variation in religiosity on local labor markets in the US. I also examine how immigrant legalization reforms shape firm dynamics across US sectors. Further details on my current and future research agendas can be found in my research statement.

I am on the 2024-2025 job market and am available for interviews!
